Refurbished grade A laptops include units that show evidence of very light previous use. All wear shown on a grade A laptop units, including case and external surfaces (i.e. trackpads and keyboards) will be from minimal use. Grade A units may have very minor scuffs and / or minor scratches with light wear on keyboard from light previous use. Grade A laptop screens will NOT feature scratches, cracks, chips, dead pixels, dark spots, discoloration or blemishes. Grade A units will only show signs of minimal wear and tear that is associated with a used laptop.

Refurbished grade B laptops are fully tested and fully functional but will show obvious scratches on laptop case and may feature more excessive use to external surface and normal wear than grade A units will exhibit, this will include scratches on cover / lid and heavier wear on keyboards. Grade B laptops may feature several small dings or dents on covers, small but visible scratches to the case and / or small paint chips on the surface. Grade B laptop screens may feature uneven light diffusion in the screen and may feature blemishes & marks. Grade B laptops will not feature cracks or multiple dead pixels on screens but will feature slight scratching on screen.

Refurbished grade C (bargain) laptops are fully tested and fully functional but will show obvious marks from previous use: multiple and / or excessive scratches on laptop case, large paint chips, dents or dings on housing and external surfaces. Case plastics may have small cracks. Grade C laptop screens may feature uneven light diffusion in screen and may feature subtle blemishes & marks. Grade C Laptops may have dead pixels on screens and will likely have scratching on screen. Limited 90-day warranty on all grade C devices.

Refurbished grade A PCs will have no deep scratches, cracks, paint chips, or broken / missing pieces. Being used items they may have minor scuff and scratches to the case.

Refurbished grade B PCs are fully tested and fully functional but may have light scratches on external body and may feature more excessive unit housing and / or external case wear than grade A units, including wear on case / lid. Grade B PCs may feature one or several small dings or dents on covers and / or small paint chips on the surface.

Refurbished grade C (bargains) = PCs may have multiple scratches, large areas of paint missing, obvious dents and cracks to casing. Limited 90-day warranty on all grade C devices.

Refurbished grade A display classification is reserved for units that show evidence of very little to no previous use. Any wear on a grade A display, including housing / frame and / or external surfaces (i.e.frame) is associated with standard minimal use. Grade A units may have minor scuffing and / or minor abrasions on plastics from standard light previous use. Grade A displays will feature no scratches, cracks, chips, dead pixels, dark spots, discoloration or blemishes. Units will only feature the standard minimal wear and tear that is associated with a used unit.

Refurbished grade B displays are fully tested & fully functional subject to having: scratches on body, small paint chips, minor cracks on body, loose and / or wobbly bases. Grade B displays - screens may feature uneven light diffusion in screen and may feature subtle to moderate blemishes. Grade B displays will not feature cracks or dead pixels on screens, but may feature slight scratching on screen surfaces from moderate use or wear.

Refurbished grade C (bargains) - LCD TFT monitors are fully tested & fully functional subject to having: multiple scratches on body, large paint chips, large cracks on the body, loose/wobbly base, dark spots on the screen that exceed 5 inch in diameter, uneven light diffusion, light scratches on screen up to 2 inches, no more than 5 dead pixels. Limited 90-day warranty on all grade C devices.

Refurbished grade A - very minor wear; light / fine scratches on screen, scratches must be shallow and not catch on your fingernail when you rub it across the screen.The scratch should be hard to view and require tilting the iPad with a bright light in order to see them.
