Shipping - Delivery information from ITZOO

When you place an order with ITZOO you can select Free Delivery, your parcel will be delivered within 2-3 working days. On orders placed before noon we can offer next working day delivery*, orders placed after noon with this option selected will be dispatched as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee next day if you place your order after the noon cut off time. For non mainland UK, Islands and Highlands the cost is just £10.00.

 

Please note that unfortunately we are unable to offer a next day delivery service at this current time due to high demand and interruptions to courier services. If your order needs to be shipping urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

*If you select an upgrade to either the hard drive or operating system dispatch will be delayed by 24 hours to allow us time to complete the upgrade and retest the device.

Please note that unfortunately we are unable to ship to EU destinations at this current time. 

UK delivery price quoted is to UK mainland only and not to off shore territories. If your location is not listed we are unable to provide a delivery service, sorry. 

Deliveries of multiple items or large items will incur a charge.

  • If the delivery date is not convenient, you can use the text or email to change it.
  • Most deliveries will require a signature. Please ensure someone is at the address to accept and inspect the item.
  • When signing you will notice that most couriers include the term “Received in good condition”. If you are unable to check the item please add “Unchecked” next to your signature.
  • FAILED DELIVERIES - If a package is not signed for, it will be held at your local depot for 3 days waiting for collection and then returned to us.  All returns/re-delivery to us will incur an additional postage charge.
  • DAMAGED IN TRANSIT – Because damages must be reported to our couriers within 7 days please ensure your item is checked and any damages are reported to us within this time.
  • PACKAGE CONTENTS - Any missing parts must be reported within 7 days. If you are unable to check your item or contents within 7 days of delivery please request a later delivery date.

Charges for larger orders will be calculated at checkout.
