Understanding Your Policy

Please read this policy carefully and make sure you understand fully and comply with its terms and conditions. Failure to do so may jeopardise the payment of any claim which might arise and could lead to the policy becoming void.

The Policy

The Warrantor will provide the warranty described in this policy for the period of cover and for any subsequent period which the warrantor and you may agree.

The policy contains details of the warranty cover you have bought, what is excluded from cover and the terms and conditions of this warranty.

Your attention is drawn to the following:

Your period of cover

Your period of cover will commence upon the cessation of the ITZOO standard warranty. The period of cover will continue for the term you have purchased.

Your legal rights

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights. You are required to take care to:

  1. a) Supply accurate and complete answers to all the questions we or the administrator may ask as part of your application for cover under the policy;
  2. b) To make sure that all information supplied as part of your application for cover is true and correct;
  3. c) Tell us of any changes to the answers you have given as soon as possible.

Failure to provide answers in-line with the requirements may mean that your policy is invalid and that it does not operate in the event of a claim.

Cancellation

The warranty cover may only be cancelled as part of a cancellation of the entire order: including the product(s), any accessories and the warranty that covers them. After you have submitted an order you have a 14 day cooling off period within which you may cancel your order. You may not cancel your warranty policy at a later stage. If during legislative checks, occurring after the 14 day cooling off period, performed by the Administrator your order is not approved then the order will be void and warranty cover will not be implemented.
