Returns Guide - Please read the important information below.

International buyers will be responsible for all shipping costs without exception. 
  • ITZOO offers a 12 MONTH warranty period on its products, unless otherwise noted in the listing.
  • All returns covered under our 12 MONTH warranty period are subject to the following.
  • Products returned must be in the exact condition at the time of sale and must include original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Returns on products with missing accessories or parts will be accepted only at the discretion of the company and charges may be applied for missing accessories or parts.
  • Physically damaged, abused or misused products are not eligible for returns.
  • For all queries relating to items purchased, you must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date or we cannot accept fault for any items which also includes damages.
  • No exchanges will be honoured by ITZOO under any circumstances except DOA or defective items.
  • Shipping cost for non warranty returns will be paid for by the customer.
  • Refunds cannot be accepted when any UPC code, serial number and/or any bar code has been tampered with. 
  • Defective item will be repaired, exchanged or refunded at the discretion of ITZOO.
  • We aim to complete all return and warranty claims within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.
  • If an item is returned to us with a fault reported and we find no fault, then a charge of £9.00 will be deduced from your refund to cover the charge for a Collect+/ returns label if used.
  • We do not collect from outside of mainland UK destinations. If you need to return an item and this was delivered to a UK mainland address, you will be responsible for the return. 

    We offer a full after-sales service.

    *Free warranty returns. We will email you with a free returns label, simply print the label, securely package the item for return and drop off at your nearest Collect+ drop off site. If you require a collection from home this will be charged at £10.00.

    If you choose to return an item supplied by ITZOO because you purchased the incorrect item, changed your mind or for any other non warranty returns you the buyer must cover the cost of the return. Non warranty returns need to be processed in the same way as warranty returns, see above. All items returned will be subject to inspection to ensure the correct item is returned and is returned in the condition supplied and with all accessories supplied if applicable. Upon satisfactory inspection of the item ITZOO will issue a full refund. We can arrange the collection of non warranty return on your behalf at a cost from £20.00, please ask for a quote if you would like ITZOO to collect.
