Important information regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19)

We are currently operating and are still taking and processing orders. For the protection of our staff we have all office-based staff now working remotely, so response times to customer queries may be delayed, please keep this in mind when communicating with ITZOO. In order to comply with the social distancing advice provided by the government we have a limited number of staff working in our warehouse, so order dispatch times may be longer than usual, again please be mindful of this when ordering.

Warranty and Returns.

We are currently unable to collect any customer returns; our courier is not operating a collection service due the Covid 19 restrictions. We will extend the warranty and returns periods for all items whilst restrictions remain in place. We guarantee to deal with all claims in full once we are able to do so. We understand that this may be frustrating but we are restricted by the current situation. If you have an issue with any item purchased from ITZOO please complete the returns form online and we will track all requests and deal with them once we are able to do so.
